A development firm called Woodbridge 10 Main Urban Renewal, LLC is planning to replace the strip mall and parking lot on the premises with 279 residential units and 5,800 square feet of retail space, according to filings from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP). The project in question involves a previously unreported proposal to build a seven-story complex at 10 Main Street near Rahway Avenue in Woodbridge Township.
